Rewrite Your Narrative is a grounding movement and creative journaling experience designed to invite deeper self-reflection, intentional movement, and meaningful connection.
Blending mindful slow flow, breathwork, and guided writing prompts, this workshop creates space to slow down and reconnect with yourself beneath the noise of everyday life.
Participants will be encouraged to release perfectionism, quiet the mental chatter, and reconnect with the version of themselves they want to move forward as.
This experience is open to all levels and designed to feel grounding, welcoming, and inspiring whether you are brand new to journaling or have an existing reflective practice.
