Join Paige Pasquini for an intimate half-day retreat designed to help you reconnect with yourself, regulate your nervous system, and transition intentionally into the fall season.


Set along the peaceful banks of the Florida River, this immersive experience blends movement, mindfulness, nature, and community. Together we’ll spend the afternoon exploring dynamic yoga, creative journaling, restorative practices, and meaningful connection—all within the beauty of a private riverside setting.


This retreat is intentionally designed to create space: space to breathe, reflect, rest, and remember what matters most.
