Let your life become your practice

Let your life become your practice ·

I grew up on a small farm in rural Massachusetts and was raised an athlete in the hills of Vermont. I began running in college and yoga soon became a natural extension of that discipline. Teaching full-time since 2013, I now serves as Studio Manager at The Sweaty Buddha, where I continues to evolve my craft through study, experience, and community

My teaching blends athletic intelligence with emotional depth. With a foundation in breathwork, alignment, and dynamic sequencing, I create classes that are rhythmic, mindful, and therapeutic. I draw inspiration from traditional yoga philosophy while holding space for modern life.

I truly understand high performance — and burnout. Strength — and disconnection. My classes are designed to help you build resilience without self-compromise, cultivate steady awareness, and feel at home in your body.

Hi, I’m Paige!

For me, yoga isn’t about touching your toes. It’s about making your life the practice.

“I have been going to Paige’s yoga classes consistently for nearly six years, and she remains at the top of my list of favorite yoga teachers. Whenever I walk into one of Paige’s classes, I know it will be intentionally structured, offering a thoughtful balance of challenge and ease while incorporating elements of the deeper study of asana and yoga philosophy. She weaves these teachings into her classes in a way that is fun, approachable, and meaningful, and I’m so grateful to learn from a teacher who understands that yoga is about so much more than the physical practice.

As a yoga teacher myself, Paige has also been incredibly supportive in helping me find ways to connect with the yoga community in Durango. She is always willing to share resources and make connections for teaching opportunities, workshops, and community events. She even taught a special morning yoga class for my husband and me on our wedding day, which meant so much to us.

I truly can’t recommend Paige enough as a teacher, and I’m so excited to see what she creates next for the yoga community.” - Gwen

Adhikara: Experiential Learning

Is the Yoga Deep Dive for you?

This offering is likely a good fit if you…

  1. Have a strong physical practice but sense that strength, effort, or discipline alone isn’t the whole story.

  2. Feel curious about the deeper layers of yoga—breath, philosophy, ritual, meditation—not just asana.

  3. Carry self-imposed pressure or perfectionism and are ready to relate to practice in a more compassionate way.

  4. Have used movement as a way to cope, process, or survive, and now want to understand it more consciously.

  5. Feel drawn to yoga as a path of self-inquiry, not performance or productivity.

  6. Are comfortable working hard but are learning how to soften, listen, and stay present.

  7. Have ever felt disconnected from your body and are seeking a more trusting, embodied relationship with it.

  8. Are willing to be seen in learning, even if using your voice or asking questions feels vulnerable.

  9. Value study, reflection, and personal practice alongside movement.

  10. Want to deepen your relationship to yoga without pressure to teach, achieve, or “arrive.”

This is for students who are ready to choose their practice—
rather than push through it.
